In 2023, we decided to embrace sustainability like never before.

The proposal for reorganising this space has three driving ideas:

We started by removing all the interior divisions in order to optimise the flat's usable space, followed by reopening the formerly hidden openings, allowing more natural light in and, finally, designing a central core that organises the interior of the flat.

Marked by neutral and woody tones, pastel colours and even some decorative elements from the old bar, this open space flat aims to contribute to the revival of a forgotten place where the focus is on contemporaneity.

Each space has a unique story to tell.
